How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock ventilation units and ducting kits are delivered within 3-5 working days. Custom design kits or larger orders may take slightly longer depending on stock availability.
Do you offer a design service for MVHR systems?
Yes, we provide a professional in-house design service. If you provide your architectural drawings, our engineers can create a bespoke ventilation plan tailored specifically to your home's layout.
What is your return policy for ventilation products?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut ducting or specially ordered units may be subject to a restocking fee.
Can I install the ventilation system myself?
While many of our ducting systems are designed for easy installation, we recommend that all electrical connections and final commissioning be completed by a qualified ventilation technician to ensure warranty compliance.
Are BPC Ventilation products covered by a warranty?
All our heat recovery units and fans come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years, provided the system is installed and maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For large residential projects, we can also provide formal pro-forma invoices upon request.
